Dr Ramdas Maruti Sangle was looking for a space for a clinic in Vikhroli. Later with the help of Mr Shirgaonkar he won a space on a lottery with Mhada.

Mr Shirgaonkar mentored. Mr. Sangle to start his first residential project in Mulund. Mr. Sangle then gathered 40-50 people and developed a residential society for them.

He got in an association with Mr Amit Pangam (PARTNER) and together they started 6-7 companies in the construction business.

Their first project together was finally completed in the year.

After the partners did individual projects in locations like Mulund and Parel, they finally formed Vaibhavlaxmi Builders and Developers.
